Tim Schiappa

Tim joined Ironbridge in September 2022. Prior to joining Ironbridge, he was an Investment Analyst in AIMCo’s Real Estate group in Toronto. At AIMCo he assisted with acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management for all asset classes across the Canadian real estate portfolio. Prior to this, Tim worked with BDO Canada's M&A and Corporate Finance group focusing on mid-market advisory and financial due diligence.

Tim holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School where he graduated on the Dean’s Honour List and as an Ivey Scholar.
