Ale joined Ironbridge in May 2026. Prior to joining Ironbridge, he was an Associate at Moelis & Company in London within the Industrials advisory team. Ale began his career at RBC, where he held roles in the Industrials & Business Services investment banking team in London and the Mid-Market M&A team in Toronto. During his time at Moelis and RBC, he was involved in a variety of M&A and capital raising transactions across multiple industries.
Ale holds an Honours in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School, where he graduated with Distinction.
