Riley joined Ironbridge in July 2019. Prior to joining Ironbridge he was an Investment Banking Associate with RBC Capital Markets in Toronto, where he advised Canadian financial institutions in a broad range of capital raising and M&A transactions. Prior to RBC Capital Markets, Riley was an Investment Analyst with Westcap Mgt Ltd. a Saskatchewan focused private equity and venture capital investment firm.
Riley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey Business School. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
