Joseph Laferriere

Joe joined Ironbridge in September 2024. Prior to joining Ironbridge, he was an Associate at Foxbridge Capital, where he conducted due diligence on prospective acquisitions. Prior to this, Joe was a Director in EY-Parthenon's Transaction Strategy & Execution practice in Toronto, where he provided transaction advisory to global companies and private equity firms across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, financial services, healthcare, and technology. Here Joe specialized in due diligence, post-merger integration, separation advisory, and value creation. Joe started his career in 2018 at EY in the Assurance practice, providing audit services to financial institutions, including asset management companies, broker-dealers, and commercial banks.

Joe holds a Masters Business Administration and Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School where he graduated on the Dean's Honour List. Joe is a CPA.
