Melanie joined Ironbridge in November 2023 with over 10 years of experience in Startups, with additional experience in the investment industry. Prior roles include Co-Founder and Director at the Better Food Innovation Company, and Office and Customer Service Manager at the Good Fats Company.
Prior to that, Melanie worked at the Royal Bank of Canada and IIROC heading up the Registration Departments housed within the Compliance Group.
Melanie holds a Business Diploma from Sheridan College.
