Michael joined Ironbridge in February 2021 following three years with BDO Canada's M&A and Corporate Finance group. With BDO, Michael assisted Canadian mid-market companies across a variety of industries with M&A strategy and execution, debt financing, and financial due diligence services.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Management Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph. Michael is a CFA Charterholder and a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant.
