Peter Dowse

Peter joined Ironbridge in August 2006 from EdgeStone Capital Partners, a Canadian middle-market private equity group, where he was a Vice President in the Equity Fund. Prior to EdgeStone, from 2000 to 2003, he worked at Borderfree Inc., a Toronto-based logistics software developer, where he held positions including Director of Finance and Director of UK Operations. Peter began his career as a consultant at Monitor Company, working on engagements covering corporate strategy, corporate governance, valuation, and post-merger integration in North America and Europe.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Queen’s University, as well as the CFA and CPA, CMA designations.
