Ruben joined Ironbridge in May 2026. Prior to joining Ironbridge, he worked at BMO on the Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions team, where he advised clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions across the Canadian middle market. During his time at BMO, Ruben advised management teams and sponsors on transaction strategy and value maximization, supporting deal execution through marketing, diligence, negotiation, and closing.
Ruben holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance from the University of Windsor and is a CFA Charterholder.
