Ironbridge Equity Partners (“Ironbridge”) of Toronto, ON is pleased to announce the successful sale of Frost Fighter Inc. (“Frost Fighter” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of high-quality, temporary portable heating equipment, to Headwater Equity Partners of Vancouver, BC. Ironbridge partnered with the existing management to acquire the business in December, 2011. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Frost Fighter is a manufacturer of temporary portable heating solutions used in harsh weather environments. The Company’s products are primarily used in construction, oil and natural gas, mining and natural resources, industrial, agricultural and military applications across Canada and the United States. Frost Fighter’s corporate office and manufacturing plant is located in Winnipeg, MB.
