Ironbridge Equity Partners (“Ironbridge”) is pleased to announce that Ironbridge Hank’s LP has completed the sale of its equity investment in Hank’s Maintenance and Service Co. Ltd. (“Hank’s” or the “Company”) to a holding company owned by Robin Holma and his son, Travis Holma.
Ironbridge originally acquired Hank’s, together with management, in 2011, and the sale marks the successful exit of its investment in the Company.
